With over 25 years of experience as a London hypnotherapist, I have come to understand that meaningful change happens not through force, but through creating the right conditions on a deep level - for a busy mind to quieten, for the inner child to feel safe, and for the inner adult to regain clarity.

Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is therapy for the subconscious mind. The beliefs that we created as children and imprints that we had, function today like subconscious programmes. These programmes determine how we feel, do and live our lives as adults. This is why we sometimes 'throw our toys out the pram' or get anxious in situations, that are perfectly safe for us to be in as adults. But maybe on a subconscious level they create associations to a situation or general atmosphere from childhood, that didn't feel safe.

Through Advanced Hypnotherapy I can help you set yourself free from these limiting and unhelpful programmes, so that you can experience yourself, others and life with a greater sense of calmness and confidence as well as use your energy in a manner that is fulfilling to you.

Mindfulness and Buddhist philosophy
To be mindful is to be aware of the present moment, whilst calmly acknowledging and accepting one's feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations.
​
Often we are simply not aware of the present moment. We may be feeling frustrated about something that happened in the past or anxious about something that we imagine will happen in the future. Maybe there is a tendency to lie awake at night and worry about a future presentation at work or to go over and over regrets about the past or maybe it just feels like your thoughts are running away with you and your head is spinning and maybe there is a knot in your stomach.
However, your thoughts are not a reflection of reality; they are just thoughts. They cannot harm you - only if you believe them.
By the use of my own unique mix of mindfulness, Buddhist philosophy, Advanced Hypnosis and NLP I can help you rewire your brain on a subconscious level as well as teach you techniques and understandings of how to work with your mind so that you can enjoy a greater sense of control, freedom and calmness.
NLP

​NLP is based on the idea that everyone experience reality differently. Therefore it is our understanding of reality that determine how we function, rather than reality itself.
A simple example: When I have helped someone overcome a phobia, e.g. fear of flying or fear of spiders, what has changed? Has reality changed? No, the spider is still the same, but the person’s perception of reality (the spider or the flight) has changed.

NLP is the study of the unconscious processes in our mind that create our perception of ourselves, others as well as the world around us. Our personal perception of what we are capable of will determine our actions and therefore levels of confidence and ultimately our quality of life.
​
NLP can help you change your programming and perceptions, so that you can live the life that you desire.
