Yes. Hypnotherapy is a safe and well-established therapeutic method when delivered by an experienced practitioner. With more than 25 years of professional experience, sessions are always conducted in a calm, structured and supportive manner.

How Many Sessions Will I Need?

This varies depending on the issue and your individual goals.

Many clients notice significant improvement within a relatively small number of sessions, particularly when working at the root cause of the problem. This will be discussed during your initial consultation.

Do You Offer Online Hypnotherapy?

Yes.

Online hypnotherapy is highly effective and allows clients to access support from the comfort of their own home. It is equally as effective as in-person.

What Happens During a Session?

A session typically includes:

  • discussion of your goals

  • understanding emotional patterns

  • a conversation about your childhood and family dynamics

How Much Does Hypnotherapy Cost?

My fees are:

£375 for a 90-minute session
£500 for a 2-hour session

The length of session recommended will depend on the issue being addressed and your individual circumstances.
